After the deadline, the unsold products are donated to charity.
When bringing clothes, the customer must clearly specify if there is a product among the items that he wants back, if it does not sell for some reason. Otherwise, Unsold clothes will be given to charity. If the customer wants all Unsold / unsalable clothes back, there will be an additional fee of €15.
Collecting clothes individually from sales points and storing them results in significant additional work. Clothes requested back will be stored for max. 7 days after the end of the sales period. If the clothes are not claimed within seven days, they will be considered donated. When the clothes are ready for pickup, one (1) e-mail is sent to the customer.
It is the customer's responsibility that the contact information is up-to-date and he must make sure that he is aware of the end of his sales period and reads his e-mail. At Mini Mukula Oy, the products are displayed in their entire order, not at customer-specific points of sale.
In the future, the sales period in the new contracts will be four weeks, i.e. 28 days, so that we can make the clothes cycle even faster. This is still longer than many other similar movements.
The purpose is to make the product selection and product presentation clearly e.g. variation according to the four seasons and thus attractiveness for the buying customers.
We only accept clothes from the current season that are in line with current fashion.
Don't bring us clothes that are more than 5 years old, they won't sell. There is also little demand for larger sizes (155-170cm), so the largest acceptable size in children's clothing is 152cm. In shoes, the largest size is 40 (not adult shoes).
The date of import of the products can be reserved by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling the store at 044 230 9804. The sales period starts when the products have been displayed.
Mini Mukula Oy can put Unsold products on sale towards the end of the sales period.
Mini Mukula Oy can extend the sales period of some products if it believes that they will be sold a little later.
Products on sale have three (3) days right of exchange from our side.
Products that we will no longer accept in the future:
-underpants (except new ones with tags/package attached)
-durable or disposable diapers
- the clothes of the maternity package
-clothes older than 5 years
- safety seats
- other large items
-young people's books
-waiting period books/education guides, etc.
PLEASE REMEMBER TO WASH YOUR CLOTHES WELL BEFORE BRINGING THEM TO THE SHOP. THIS CONCERNS
ALSO OUTDOOR AND RAIN CLOTHING!!! WE DO NOT SHOW CLOTHES THAT ARE DIRTY OR WITH HOLES/REPAIRED.
YOU HAVE ALSO CALCULATED THE QUANTITY OF THE PRODUCTS TO BE READY.

Our customer pricing is as follows:
The handling fee is based on the number of copies.
1-5 pcs = €2
6-10 pcs = €4
11-20 pcs = €8
21-30 pcs = €12
31-40 pcs = €18
41-50 pcs = €23
50- max 100 pcs = €23 + 50 cents/product
So please count the clothes/toys or books you bring at home and only bring products you think will sell.
The processing fee includes pricing of products, steaming of underwear and display according to size.
In the future, a service fee of €1 will be added to the net selling prices of the products, which customers who buy will pay as part of the total price.
In accounting for the clothes sold, the customer can choose either 50% of the net sales price and pay for purchases from their account at Mini Mukula Oy within 3 months OR 40% of the net sales price paid in cash to the customer's account.
The settlement form is selected when making the sales contract, and settlements are made twice a month upon request. If the account has less than €10 to settle, that amount will be transferred to the next settlement. Only in the case that the customer closes his account completely, even small amounts are paid.
The payments due to you are recorded in your own customer account, where you can use the accumulated funds for your own product purchases or service payments from Mini Mukula. If you want the money for yourself, it can be done by making a settlement request to Mini Mukula by email (email@example.com) or verbally when you visit the store. Settlement takes place to the bank account you have entered in the customer register. Accounts must be requested within one year of the sale, otherwise they are considered expired/donated.
After the sale period (28 days) ends, we will deliver the unsold intact and clean clothes to the charity HOPE ry on your behalf free of charge.We will do our best to make your products sell. However, we cannot guarantee that your products will sell. You can influence it yourself by bringing for sale seasonal, clean products that are less than five years old.If the price tag has come off the product, and we cannot identify whose product it is, the product will be moved to the list of products without a price tag. You can go through these products at any time and see if you can find a product that belongs to you. If no owner is found for these products within a month, they are considered to be among the products to be donated.
